Aquaguard is the most prominent water purifier maker from the house of Eureka Forbes. Eureka Forbes started as a small firm to introduce domestic water purifier – the Aquaguard and is now a multi-product, multi-channel organization. Since 1982, Aquaguard has been helping India drink pure water.

Challenge

Experiencious were presented with the challenge of coming up with some unique and innovative solution that will help Auquguard reach small children of age group 10 to 15. The aim was to educate the growing children the importance of clean drinking water.

Solution

When it comes to anything related to small kids, it is important to think like a kid. What can fascinate small kids and yet teach them a lesson of their lifetime? Experiencious came up with a funny yet educative idea of spreading the knowledge of clean and healthy drinking water. Experiencious developed an Augmented Reality app known as Auqadoc for Apple IOS and Google Android. Magical world of Paani ka Doctor was created by simply placing the camera on the comic marker. The campaign was carried out in more than 250 schools across India to educate kids about the harmful effects of drinking dirty and polluted water. The comic story of “Beemar Pani” made kids realise the harmful effects of adulterated water in their own language and fashion. Due to the interactive augmented graphics, kids took keen interest in understanding the message.

Result

The interactive augmented graphics were successful in catching the attraction of the kids and made them read the comic strip. The mobile application platform helped Aquaguard reach maximum kids and their parents. The noble idea helped Aquguard brand its products among the grown-up and spread the message among the small toddlers.
